Product Information

Whilst every care has been taken to ensure all details on our website, whether product related or not, are correct. Information such as product descriptions and other details may not always reflect the product exactly at the moment you place an order.

We try to portray every product image as accurately as possible in terms of colour, texture and finish however what you see when viewing our website on your device may not be a true representation and therefore cannot be guaranteed.

Your Order

We may not be able to fulfil your order for various reasons. This could be because, but is not limited to, we could not authorise your payment successfully or believe it to be fraudulent, the item(s) ordered are not in stock, you failed our customer validation checks, a system failure occurred or there was a pricing or description error on our website.

Please note that when you place an order with us you will receive a confirmation email however this does not mean we have accepted your order. We will notify you if your order cannot be fulfilled whether in part of in full.

Prices & Payments

All prices shown on our website are inclusive VAT at 20%.

Our payment partner is Stripe.

In most cases we receive an immediate acknowledgement from our payment partner that your payment was successful however this can sometimes take longer. If this does happen your order will be put on hold until confirmation is received. We will not be held responsible for any delay to your order should this happen or if authorisation failure of your payment card occurs for whatever reason.

If you have a subscription service with us we reserve the right to change the cost of that subscription at any time. In such cases we will always notify you at least one month in advance of your next payment date.

Delivery

Delivery is via Royal Mail and an estimate of delivery times is presented to you at the checkout stage of your purchase. This estimate is just that and we are not responsible for delays outside our control such as bad weather, courier delays, peak delivery periods such as Christmas etc.

When you register as a customer on our website you confirm that all your details are correct and current in all respects.

It is your responsibility to keep your details up to date and you can do so through My Account.

Cancellations and Suspension of Service

If you place an order with us and immediately change you mind please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to cancel your order if the products have not yet been shipped.

If your order has been shipped then you are able to take advantage of our money back guarantee however you must return all items in a saleable condition. Please see our Returns Policy for more details.

If you have a subscription service with us you can cancel it at any time through My Account. Any payment that has already been taken may not be refundable, please see our Returns Policy for more details.

We reserve the right to cancel your account or subscription if you violate our terms and condition or we consider it in our best interests. We will confirm termination of your account and/or subscription service which would end immediately and you would not be charged again unless you subscribe again.
